  • What if our new hires can't start right away, or get taken away from the training for a while?

    We understand - business happens. No problem though. Even if the course is facilitated and broken up, it can still be completed in 90 days. That means the 1 (one) year of access from time of purchase is more than enough even when the most pressing business happens. We also wanted to make sure that as your new hires experience interfacing in new ways or get put on new project teams, they can go back and quick refresh specific learning during the year as needed.

  • When will the bonus Q&A sessions be scheduled?

    All Q&A sessions will be scheduled with company input at time of purchase. "Public" Q&A, for those who purchase lower quantities of "seats" are scheduled periodically and will be announced digitally.

  • I'd really like to have my new hires in a QA session, but we don't need 25 registrations. How do we access a Q&A session?

    Excellent! As individual and smaller quantity purchases are made, Process & Strategy will periodically host "public" Q&A sessions. "Public" meaning open to everyone who is a course participant, not just those whose companies purchase over 50 "seats" for the private Q&A sessions. You can be sure you'll be digitally notified so that you don't miss a single insight. And, with a full year's access, you can be sure new questions will be answered along the way.

  • What if we can't make the extra Q&A session? Will it be recorded?

    All Q&A sessions are recorded to make sure your participants are getting the best insights and responses possible. If an extra Q&A session is held for all to attend, then absolutely, the recording for that session will be placed in the course area for all students to access. This means anyone interfacing live during the session is providing their consent to be recorded and for that recording to be shared. Please make sure to impress on your new hires that no confidential or privileged company information is to be shared during these sessions since they are more "public". The private Q&A sessions (the ones that go with the volume purchases) will not have their recorded sessions posted "publically" unless the company releases Process & Strategy to do so in writing.

  • How much does it cost and what are the bonuses?

    You can get both volume discounts as well as private Q&A sessions depending on how many registrations you purchase in 1 (one) year. Here's the pricing (a year is a calendar year) ........................................................................................................... <25 seats = $597/registration, no private Q&A sessions (eligible to participate in all "public" Q&A sessions as offered) ...................................................................................................................................................................................................................... 25 through 100 seats = $50/seat off, 1 (one) private Q&A session with every 50 registrations purchased within the 1 year time frame ...................................................................................................................................................................................................................... 101+ seats = $75/seat off, 1 (one) private Q&A session for every 50 student registrations purchased within the 1 year time frame ...................................................................................................................................................................................................................... If the same company makes multiple purchases, the total will be cumulative for the calendar year. However, the pricing will be invoiced for the number of seats currently and previously purchased during the calendar year - no discounts will be given for forecast purchases.

  • What if I need to get a refund?

    Because we don't want you to lose a single minute waiting around for content, as soon as you log into the course, all video lessons, downloadable files, interviews, worksheets are made available to you.... What that access means for refunds is this: if a written request for a refund is received and Process & Strategy is able to shut down individual access prior to any entry into the course by that individual whose access is to be refunded, then a refund minus any required 3rd party fees, such as credit card fees if applicable, will be made. A check to the individual or company will be mailed for the refund amount. If, however, access has been made into the course, then there is no refund available. This is because of the full access the second anyone enters the course.

  • What do you do with all the data from the aha moments?

    Here at Process & Strategy, your ability to quickly get up to speed as a new hire in supply chain, data, op's, or tech is foremost in our minds. We read all input and develop a phased in plan for modifications to the course as needed to make sure that you and your participants are always up to date and that the learning never lacks currency. No data is ever sold. Data is only shared with course administrative personnel.

Thank you for your interest in your Supply Chain Career Launchpad digital course. Access to the course will be upon receipt of full payment. Payment must be made online by credit card for online individual registrants. Alternate payment options exist for invoiced course registrations - all of which start with an email as per above. Once the Supply Chain Career Launchpad course is accessed for the first time by a participant, the course fee is non-refundable because all learning and files are made available immediately. All credit card purchases are made with the agreement and understanding that the person making the purchase is allowed and eligible to make such purchase and that the company knows and agrees to the purchase being made. Both the individual and the company acknowledge that no later claim of fraudulent purchase or other claim of requirement for reimbursement will be made for the purchase. The one instance of allowable reimbursement is if the participant did not access the course prior to written request for reimbursement and ability for Process & Strategy to shut off access to the course for that individual/the individuals prior to any access. In that case, the refund will be the amount paid minus 3rd party fees, such as credit card fees, if applicable. If reimbursement results in a volume order coming in under the minimum allowable quantity for a specific discount, then a second invoice will be delivered requesting immediate payment for the difference between the discounted and the higher pricing for all remaining participants, invoice to be paid in 30 days. Course purchase allows each participant full access to all materials, course updates, course additions, and any Q&A sessions based on corporate purchase or other means for a full year (1 year). It is expected that most students will finish the course within 90 days and be implementing what they learn well before that time frame. Process & Strategy Solutions, PLLC cannot promise or guarantee specific results since the student is solely responsible for his/her application of the knowledge, willingness to learn, and access to the learning. In addition, some companies chose to facilitate the course on a schedule of their own choosing, which makes it impossible to promise specific timeframe results. What we can guarantee is that if a student earnestly works through 100% of the course giving it 100% of the effort needed, then we are 100% sure results will be achieved according to the student's abilities.
